San Francisco Massage Supply Co. offers this site to you under the following condition. By visiting and/or using our site in any way, such as browsing or placing an order,
you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms may change with out notice and are effective immediately upon being posted.

SF Massage Supply Co. stands behind all the products we sell. If an item does not meet your expectations, please follow these procedures within 30 days of the purchase date
to insure a prompt replacement, credit or refund.

New and unopened Returns within 30 days: We will gladly accept any products  that are returned with in 30 days of original purchase in new, resealable condition
in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, if needed.
Items returned after 30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. Items over 90 days may not be returned.

Non-Returnable items:  For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items such as: Oils, Lotions, Creams, Gels, Essential Oils, Books, Videos, CDs or DVDs.
Returns on washed linens, or used disposable products are not accepted.
Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable.

Defective/Damaged products: Although we carry high quality products, we recognize that there may be an occasional defective or damaged item that you were unlucky enough to receive.
Please call us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
