Shipping & Returns

In-stock, standard products will ship within 48 hours of order Monday - Friday

Special orders, custom orders and back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

We will contact you if any product ordered has an estimated shipping date greater that 30 days from the day or order.

You can have your item shipped via US Post Office, Fed Ex or UPS

In-Store Pick-up also available

New and unopened Returns within 30 days: We will gladly accept any products  that are returned with in 30 days of original purchase in new, resealable condition
in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, if needed.
Items returned after 30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. Items over 90 days may not be returned.

Non-Returnable items:  For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items such as: Oils, Lotions, Creams, Gels, Essential Oils, Books, Videos, CDs or DVDs.
Returns on washed linens, or used disposable products are not accepted.
Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable.

Defective/Damaged products: Although we carry high quality products, we recognize that there may be an occasional defective or damaged item that you were unlucky enough to receive.
Please call us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
